Each track on “peace on earth, good will to all” was recorded in a single take using a four track cassette machine, tape loops, Korg Poly800, Casio SK1, and a modular synth that were then run through a Zoom multi fx pedal. Each cassette loop contains samples of well known Christmas songs pulled from various thrift store vinyl grabs, with the goal of creating a sound on that is on the border of familiarity and ambiguity.
